1. Free size adjustment

We use European size for our rings.

We highly recommend our customers to come to our store before placing an custom made order, this is, in order to make sure the measurements of the product which are to be made, will be correct. 

If the customer does not have the possibility to come to the store, after you make the order, you can order our free ring sizer, it is very reliable and almost everyone who uses it learn their right size, even you want to suprise your beloved one you can use our ring sizer without being noticed by her/him. We will post it and you will receive it within 2-4 working days(only availble in Nordic countries). Or you can download and print our size measurement by yourself.

FREE 30 Days resize policy

We are free to re-size your ring for the first time within 30 days after receipt of the ring.Please notice that we will charge the Shipping Fee. Please contact customer service contact@honn.se, and you will get more information.

2. Free engraving

We offer free engraving on all our jewelry at the time you purchase the ring. If the customer want to have engraving afterwards please contact us to get the quote.  

Our standard fonts you can choose from are in block, script, italics, and straight. If you wish any other fonts or want to write by hand we can also engrave your handwriting, just ask us by email contact@honn.se and we will arrange that for free.

 

3. Price list of customer service measures

Rhodium plating and polishing: 800 SEK + shipping fee.

Size adjustment: 800 SEK + shipping fee.

Engraving: 200 SEK + shipping fee.

4. Warranty

You have 3 years of warranty on all goods, we also offer lifetime warranty on our jewelry due to fabrication errors but not wear. Remember to never wear your rings at times when extra wear may occur, such as exercise, gardening, washing, sleeping and suchlike. Precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee. 

Any work performed by a jewelry other than Honn Fine Jewelry automatically voids the warranty. 

5. Brand Warranties

A promise to you that the merchandise you buy will stand the test of time.

6. Gemstone Guarantee

All the diamonds we at Honn Fine Jewelry sell over 0.3 carat, will have a GIA certificate included for free. 

7. Accent Stone Loss Warranty

For custom jewelry, if any side diamonds or gems break or fall out of their settings due to craftsmanship or manufacturing issues in the first year after we create the ring or within a year of us performing maintenance on the ring, we’ll replace them free of charge.
