PAYMENT POLICY

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

HONN accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers, including America Express and PayPal.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
We're unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Honn uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your web browser and you can click on it for more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the web address at the top of the browser, it will start with "https" instead of "http". This means you are in secure mode.

Honn.se and Honn.eu are registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your browser and our web server.

If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You will be directed to a dedicated page to enter additional information or be asked to approve the payment with your mobile phone. When the payment is done, you will be automatically directed back to the website.
